Please be aware that international bank transfers usually take approximately 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays!) for the payment to be credited to your Neptun account. However, keep in mind that several factors, including intermediary banks and the chosen transfer method, can affect the transfer time. Please consider this timeframe when expecting the funds to be credited.
Please be sure to attach a bank statement/screenshot of your transaction with all the details (sum, date of transfer, name, account number) to help us identify and confirm the transaction.
