If the transferred amount does not appear on your Neptun account within 1-2 business days, you may submit a case here. Please note, that payment processing through weekends/official holidays are unavailable in Hungary.
Please be sure to attach a bank statement/screenshot of your transaction with all the details (sum, date of transfer, name, account number) to help us identify and confirm the transaction.
The online administration is accessible only to logged in users.
