If you notice any differences or errors among your personal data (name, date of birth, place of birth, address, mother's maiden name, citizenship) that cannot be modified in your Neptun, you have the opportunity to ask for modification or registration in this case category.
In order to register or change a data, you need to upload the electronic copy of the official documents that contain them (except for your ID card). Furthermore, you have to make a declaration that your data are real (this is part of the submission procedure). You have the opportunity to change more data in one submitted case.
If your name has changed, please report it to the Office of Educational Affairs as well.
